per person, payable in advance.
Fee covers all conference materials, luncheons, refreshments, and a

discount of $200 per person is available when groups of two or more from
the same organization register as a team.

Cancellations:
There
will be a cancellation charge of $200 for cancellations received after
September 30, 2004. Cancellations
received after October 7, 2004, or registrants who do not attend, are
liable for the entire fee. To
avoid these charges, simply transfer your registration to another member
of your organization not already registered.
