$1,395 US per person, payable in advance.
Fee covers all conference materials, luncheons, refreshments, and a
cocktail reception on March 2nd, 2004. A discount of $200 per person is available when

of two or more from the same organization register as a team.

Cancellations:
There
will be a cancellation charge of $200 for cancellations received after
February 10, 2004. Cancellations
received after February 21, 2004, or registrants who do not attend, are
liable for the entire fee. To
avoid these charges, simply transfer your registration to another member
of your organization not already registered.
